Copper Elastomer

Asahi Cu Elastomer is an elastomer that has electrical conductive properties. The conductive elastomer is associated with several advantages including excellent electrical properties, superior EMI/RFI shielding, cost-effectiveness, etc.

Cu conductive elastomer is produced by dispersing core-shell Cu fillers in TPU/elastomer carrier forming a homogenous mixture of Cu fillers in elastomers offering high conductivity. Silver coated copper fillers help to prevent oxidation and corrosion which promote excellent sealing properties with high conductivity.
